The form above is a personal information collection form requiring the applicant to provide essential details such as email address, first and last name, address, postal code, country, citizenship, gender, and mobile number. The form includes a mandatory section marked with an asterisk (*).

Additionally, there is a "Special Condition" section asking if the applicant is covered by the Executive Order on Compensation for Disabled People in Business and if they request priority based on this. The preferential access applies only to EU citizens so disregard if you are from outside the EU.

The second section of the form focuses on academic work and research experience. It has sections for adding previous research or academic positions, requiring details like the institution, country, research area, and dates.

The "Akademisk grad" (Academic Degree) section requires applicants to select their degree, specify the name of the degree/subject, and the institution and country where the degree was obtained.

Applicants must also provide the title of their final masters thesis or project, its status (completed, ongoing, or not started), and additional relevant education, including completion dates.

The above is the final section of the form before submitting the application.

In the "Previously started Ph.D. study" section, applicants can add any prior PhD work by listing the institution, country, project title, start and end dates, and whether the degree was obtained.

The "Consent" (Samtykke) section asks applicants to agree to the university sharing their application, CV, and any appendices with a relevant Union representative for pay negotiations, if they are offered the position.

In the "Documents" section, users are instructed on how to upload required documents such as a CV, cover letter, and academic transcripts. The required documents are highlighted in red and must be uploaded to complete the application.
