Yes, you can. If your documents are not complete at the time of application, the university will usually issue you with a conditional offer pending when the requested documents have been sent to them.
But how long do I have to provide the document max
If you need a student visa, you will probably need to give enough time to meet the conditions of your offer and submit all the necessary requirements in advance. If you leave it too late, you won’t likely hav enough time to apply for visa.
Okay, I have other required documents but not reference and passport. Should I send the others in or wait until my passport is ready before sending them in?
